Walnuts

They are the dried fruits of the walnut tree and are considered to be superfoods for their nutritional properties. Its best-known varieties are Chandler and Serr. The most significant difference between them lies in their omega-3 content, which is higher in the Chandler variety.

Walnuts are sold with or without their shells. Its pulp, which contains the highest amount of nutrients, is what is consumed. This food can be used as a spice for dishes or desserts. Amateur and professional athletes also consume it.
