Beef

Cattle are large ruminant mammals with robust bodies that can reach heights of up to 120 to 150 cm and can have average weights between 500 and 800 kg. The term cattle includes cows, oxen and bulls of the species Bovidae Taurus, which are original from Europe, and includes various types of dairy and beef cattle that have been domesticated to for mankind’s use and production. Cattle can be delivered live or slaughtered, and are mainly used for their meat, which is a healthy and nutritious food, as well as an excellent source of protein, vitamins and minerals. One of the chief benefits ​​of beef is iron (content of 2-4 mg/100 g).
